Adjustable choke valve, new made, genuine brand, are designed for adjusting flow by controlled the indicator. Rotating the hand wheel of the choke valve to get flow rate as required. Indonesia Rotary Hose CWP 2000 Psi 3000 Psi Pin LP Ends Male Thread Wire Braid Oil Resistant API 7K Hoses

2” rotary hoses are used in oil drilling application with oil resistant synthetic rubber and wire braid as reinforcement layer.

 

The hose connection of PME rotary hoses are recommended in hammer union FIG200 and FIG206 for pressure rated 2000 psi. Male threaded for both end connections are also available for overhaul drilling rigs.

 

PME rotary hoses normally work as Kelly hoses up to client’s in site operation with different working pressure. The recent hose assembly PME have been delivered to Indonesia Well Drilling as per below photo.

 

The rotary hoses are more flexible than iron forged piping conveying oil-based mud with or without plastic spiral guard to resist the outer layer wear and abrasion.

Chiksan Swivel Long Sweep and Short Sweep Difference as Treating Irons NPT Female or Union Ends FIG 1502

 Style 30 Integral Swivel joints are designed to two type, Chiksan long sweep and short sweep.

 

PME swivel joint are forged by quality alloy steel after heat-treating to up to pressure rated 15000 Psi for standard and 10000 Psi H2S sour gas service.
