What is PME Surface BOP control system?

Shanghai PME FKQ blowout preventer control system, also called onshore land closing unit, is for control system for surface mounted bop stacks. PME BOP control system is strictly designed manufactured and inspected according to specifications of SY/T5053.2-2001 and API Spec 16D.

Same as Koomey BOP Control System, Cameron BOP Control System, NOV BOP Control System, BPMF BOP Control System, Shanghai PME blowout preventer stacks of all specifications can be configured with the corresponding floor blowout preventer control equipments as triplex plunger pump, pneumatic pump, 3-position 4-way rotary valve, manual (pneumatic control) valve to improve oil drilling and guarantee well control operation in well repair.

PME skid mounted blowout preventer control accumulator group has a volume from 125 L to 1440 L. Surface BOP control system ranges from 2 to 14 stacks. Products with special models and functions can also be designed according to PME Industrial customers' requirements.

How does PME accumulator BOP control unit work?

PME remote console is equipped with two independent power sources, which can provide electrical pump, pneumatic pump or manual pump with different displacement according to different numbers of control objects. The design of PME BOP accumulator group can meet the requirements of controlling all the blowout preventer stacks and hydraulic plate gate valves.

Equipped with a manual regulation function, the control pressure of the control source can be automatically recovered to the initial default value when the gas source suddenly fails. The control manifold of the remote console is configured with a pressure source interface, which can introduce pressure source when necessary.

Facilities such as insulated rooms and explosion-proof air conditioners, and heating oil tanks, electric heating air hoses can be configured to satisfy the special environmental needs for field operation.

Flowline includes high pressure swivel joints (Style 10 & Style 50), integral pup joints (2" FIG1502) , hose loops, plug valves (2x2 FIG1502), integral fittings and hammer unions for standard and sour service.
