New batch of FMC Chiksan Style Flow Irons Valves and Swivel Joints are shipped to PME Industrial Client.

 

These materials, those are, low torque plug valves, dart type check valve and long sweep swivel joints, feature inside diameter 2 inch, working pressure up to 15000 psi and weco union ends 2" FIG1502 male with wing nut and female sub.

 

PME plug valves function same as FMC SPME Style valves with 2" FIG1502 Female x Male 15000Psi for standard service and WP 10000Psi for H2S Sour Gas Service. The Repair kit for plug valves is also available.

 

We can manufacture and supply two types of check valves, flapper check valves and dart check valves.

 

PME supply the repair kit 2" for swivel joint 2" long radius style 50 MxF. The repair kit can extend the service life LR-15 S/50 swivel joint, and further save user's production cost for oil well service.

PME Flowlines For Cementing, Acidizing, Well Test, Test Line Manifolds and Production Pipe Line

 

PME integral fittings are used for connecting surface manifold with hammer union connections. They are integral elbow and cushion elbow. T shape also is named tee in hammer union ends wing or thread. PME also produce the tees in flanged ends.

Hammer union check valves are used as non return valves. Normal size is 3" in Figure 602. Working pressure is 6000 psi. Ends connections are 3" FIG 602 wing and thread. PME Industrial's top entry check valves are optional for well testing operation.

PME test plugs come with or without NPT thread as clients' requirement. The below photo is for test plug 3" FIG206 Wing with 1/2" NPT. There are 2" FIG1502 blind plug (male) with 1/2" NPT thread and blind plug (female) for choice.

The flowlines are easy for transportation and storage. PME flow control fittings feature flexibility, shook resistance, and H2S resistance. The crossover adaptors flange to flange or flange to union ends serve for cementing, acidizing, well test, test line manifolds and production pipe line.

What a Frac valves API 6A pressure rating 15000 Psi made of, plug valve, choke valve, check valve and gate valve?

PME Industrial supply high pressure flow iron figure 1502 such as 1502 flow iron integral pup joint, 1502 flow iron swivel joint, and 1502 hammer union.

 

For cementing, flow back and choke kill manifold, PME also design and produce iron treating valves for both standard service and sour gas service, including Plug Valves 2" x 2", 15000 Psi, FIG1502 Male x Female, 2" and 3" Adjustable Choke Valves, 2" check valves as standard size, and 2-9/16" or 3-1/16" for gate valves pressure rating 5000 Psi, 7500 Psi.

 

Normally ends with hammer wing union FIG 1502 male by female, PME frac treating iron valves are in 2 inch and 3 inch. Other sizes required by users are available. PME plug valves 2" FIG1502 are made of alloy steel after heat treatment with LOT numbers for each part, same as choke valves, check valves and gate valves.

 

All PME Industrial API 6A valves for choke kill manifold are specially heat treated and inspected for high level quality control. The manufacturing processes of plug valves, choke valves, check valves and gate valves include forging, heat treatment, testing pressure, blasting and painting. 

 

PME plug valves, adjustable and fixed choke valves, check valves and 4-1/16" API 6A 75000 Psi mud line gate valves as high pressure flow line are interchangeable with WECO and Chiksan.  Mill of Certificates, Testing Reports, NDT Reports and Original of Certificate attested by Chamber are delivered to users together with integral treating iron valves packages.

API 6A Check Valve 2 Inch FIG 1502 Standard H2S Sour Service

PME API 6A check valves with normal size 2" x FIG 1502 MxF, 3" x FIG 1502 MxF, 4" x FIG 1502 MxF are for high pressure flow control in well service. Working pressure of check valves can be up to 15000 psi under both standard service and H2S sour service.
