FMC Chiksan 1502 Iron Product Line Block Elbow and Long sweep 90 Degree Elbow 2" Figure 1502 Male Female Difference

 What's the difference between the block elbow 2" FIG1502 and long sweep 90 Degree elbow?

 

The two elbows can be in same union ends like 2" FIG1502 MxF, 2" FIG1502 MxM, 2" FIG1502 FxF. These hammer unions ends are available for the well service equipment with the inlet or outlet sharing the same union Figure. If the connections don't match, PME also offer the solution by crossover for various size, figure for hammer union and the API flanges.

 

Longsweep 90 Deg. elbow is widely used in fracking and flowback application. PME supply 2" and 3" for clients purchase, other sizes are also available. The Figure 1502 connection with male and female ends are interchangeable with most well know brand like FMC Chiksan and WECO.

BOP Hydraulic Hose Fire Resistant Red Cover API 16D NPT Male JIC Fittings

PME 35MPa Hydraulic fire resistant hoses are designed and assembled as API 16D as blowout preventer control hoses.

The BOP hoses can be used in Blow-out Preventer System and the application at risk of fire for well control equipment in petroleum industry from 1/4" to 2", pressure rated 3000 Psi and 5000 Psi for options.

 

PME high pressure fire-resistant hoses are inspected by third party by inspection equipment like electrical pressure test pump and fire testing furnace.

 

The inspection is carried on the basis of API 16D Specifications for control systems for drilling well control equipment and control systems for diverter equipment.

 

The objective of fire resistance test confirms the API 16D Clause 10.1.2. The fire resistance report includes pressure curve, temperature curve, photos of fire resistance test and the related equipment.

Adjustable Choke Valve with 2 Inch Angle Flanges Rated Working Pressure 2500 LB Sour Service

 Hammer unions ends are usually as the valves connection for the adjustable choke. These choke valves are used to control the production rate by connecting with the drilling rig equipment which are in hammer unions ends too.
