Flexible Steel Choke Kill Hose Well Test Line 3 Inch 120 FT CWP 10K SS Armored Sour Gas Service

PME choke and kill hoses line is widely recommended as flexible connection between the riser and manifold during the oil and gas exploration. It's also named cofleixp hoses with inside diameter, pressure rating, total length and connection, ie: 4 1/16” (BX 155), Long 80 ft, Pressure: 15000 psi

 

The connection of PME coflex choke and kill hoses are hammer union (butt - welded or integral) FIG 1002 MxF, FIG 1502 MxF, API flanges (2-9/16", 3-1/8", 4-1/16") or customized coupling as clients' request.

 

The choke and kill hoses PME design and assemble as China quality API 16C hoses come with 2 x Safety Clamps, 2 x Lifting Collars Double Eyed 2 x Safety Chains c/w Shackles Each End. The coflex hoses lifting eyes are available for flowline products and oilfield services.

 

Pressure rating of PME choke and kill hoses can be up to 15000 Psi for the standard service and 10000 Psi for sour gas service as API 16C specification approved. And the hoses ends connections are good for H2S Sour Gas Service.

 

Inside diameter of colfex style choke kill hose ranges 2", 3", 3.5", 4" and 5". For low pressure rating like 5000 Psi, the thread can work as the hoses coupling. Stainless steel armor are wrapped outside of the hoses as fire protection.
