API 7K Grade E specify the rotary drilling and vibration hoses, mud delivery hoses and cement hoses as high pressure oilfield hoses during oil and gas drilling and exploration application.

 

The Grade E high pressure hoses works as flexible rubber connections of standpipe on the drilling rig and top drive or pump for pumping the mud.

 

PME Grade E oil base mud hoses are fabricated in Inside Diameter (ID) 3" (76 mm), 3-1/2" (89 mm), 4" (102 mm) and 5" (127 mm) at working pressure 7500 Psi, that is 517 bar.
