 Style 30 Integral Swivel joints are designed to two type, Chiksan long sweep and short sweep.

 

PME swivel joint are forged by quality alloy steel after heat-treating to up to pressure rated 15000 Psi for standard and 10000 Psi H2S sour gas service.

 

Working pressure for PME swivels ranges from 6000 psi to 15000 Psi, and our integral swivel joint conduct rigorous test pressure for good oilfield performance.

 

Short sweep swivel style 30 are used in lower pressure condition as CWP 6000 Psi, and connection in line pipe thread NPT Male or Female.

 

Long sweep swivel style 30 serve for higher pressure application as API 16C standard and NACE-MR-01-75.

 

The swivel ends come with hammer union in Figure FIG602, FIG1002, and FIG1502 Male x Female, Male x Female, or Female x Female.
