Pressure Relief Valve, also taken as high pressure safety valve, are certified by API 6A specification. Normal size PME Industrial fabricated in 2” and 3” with pressure rated 10000 Psi for sour gas service.

 

Integral pup joints 3” FIG602 MxF 5000 Psi Length 3 FT to 12 FT, Standard Service for Chiksan FMC pipework are as per API 16C specs. The one piece pup joint are made from quality alloy forged steel with union ends or API 6A Flanges.

Chiksan steel hose loop assembly C/W longsweep swivel joint 2” FIG1502 Style 50 can handle drilling fluid at CWP 15000 Psi for STD service and 10000 Psi for sour gas service. The swivel joint can be style 10 and style 50 with union ends for fast make up and break out.

 

Adapter flanges 2-1/16” 5000 Psi R-24 ring by 3” FIG602 female union ends are delivered with material reports, NDT inspection report and COO free of charged supplied by PME Industrial for wellhead as per API 6A specification.

 

Adjustable choke valve, new made, genuine brand, are designed for adjusting flow by controlled the indicator. Rotating the hand wheel of the choke valve to get flow rate as required. Size is 2-1/16”, 2-9/16”, 3-1/8”, and 4-1/16” for API 6A flanges ends and 2”, 3”, 4”for union ends, and Max. orifice size is 1” by pressure rating 10000 Psi.

90 DEG Long Radius Elbow 2 SCH XXS Sour Service NACE MR-01-75

PME elbows are classified into long radius and short radius in 90 degree and 45 degree as butt welded fittings.

PME Flowlines For Cementing, Acidizing, Well Test, Test Line Manifolds and Production Pipe Line

 

PME integral fittings are used for connecting surface manifold with hammer union connections. They are integral elbow and cushion elbow. T shape also is named tee in hammer union ends wing or thread. PME also produce the tees in flanged ends.

Hammer union check valves are used as non return valves. Normal size is 3" in Figure 602. Working pressure is 6000 psi. Ends connections are 3" FIG 602 wing and thread. PME Industrial's top entry check valves are optional for well testing operation.
