How to forge quality integral pup joints 3 INCH 15 K FIG 1502: Upsetting, Heat Treatment and NDT

Main fabrication process of PME integral pup joint 3" FIG1502 CWP 15000 Psi consist of upsetting, heat treatment, blasting, NDT, CNC machining and coat painting in accordance with API specification and clients' technical drawings.

PME Grade D high pressure hoses stands for the hoses with working pressure 5000 psi, 35 MPa.

 

Five pieces of 2" Grade D hoses are fabricated in PME shop floor for production and pressure test in 7500 psi.

 

Defining as API Spec 7K 6th, test pressure of PME high pressure hoses is 1.5 times of its working pressure.

 

Grade D hoses is functioning as rotary vibrator hose 5000 psi connection standpipe and pump and mud hoses pumping mud at pressure of 35 MPa in oilfield drilling operations.

1502 Flowline Iron Standard Service for 2" HP Well Testing CWP 15000 Psi

PME mainly supply high pressure flowline irons, exchangeable with FMC Chiksan and other brands.
