PME hammer unions Figure in FIG 1002, FIG 1502 and FIG 2202 are designed for sour gas service in accordance with API 16C.

 

Material for PME high pressure hammer union is AISI 4130 with raw material certification and Heat Treatment No.

 

Besides of certificate of conformity, Figure 1002 hammer unions, Figure 1502 butt welded unions, Figure 2202 BW Type unions come with Hardness Test Report, NDT Report, UT and MT for full traceability.  

 

PME high pressure weco type unions are size in 2", 3", 4", 5" and 6" as various piping connection. Operation working pressure can serve 10000 Psi, 15000 Psi, 20000 Psi for standard service and 75 MPa and 105 MPa for H2S Sour Gas Service.

China Coflex Hose ID 2 Inch 10000 Psi 70 MPa Choke and Kill Hose Line API 16C Manufacturer

Coflex flexible hoses are high pressure choke and kill hoses lines for oil drilling and production. 

Normal coflex hoses ID is 2", 2-1/2", 3", 3-1/2" and 4". 

Working pressure can be up to 15000 Psi, and API 16C hoses test pressure is 1.5 times of working pressure.

 

PME choke kill hose lines are manufactured in accordance to API Specification 16C Choke and Kill Equipment for oil and gas industry.

 

PME 2" Coflex Hoses WP 10K have being packaged well for clients' collection.

PME high pressure drilling hoses serve as rotary vibrator hoses, kelly hoses, and mud hoses on drilling and oil gas exploration projects. All hoses PME produce are certified by API Spec 7K Drilling and Well Servicing Equipment.

 

Grade for PME high pressure hose define its working pressure from Grade A WP 1500 Psi to Grade G 15000 Psi.

Hammer Union FIG 200 FIG 206 CWP 2000 Psi

PME Figure 200 and Figure 206 hammer unions are designed in blue and grey for high pressure flow line connections.

 

Same as Hammer Unions Figure 602, Figure 1002 and Figure 1502, PME FIG 200 and FIG 206 unions consist of three parts: male, female and wing nuts.

 

PME Hammer Union 2" FIG 206, 5" FIG 200 and 6" FIG 200 are strongly recommended for low pressure flowline fittings and manifolds. Our hammer unions are interchangeable with Sara Sae and WECO and can handle pressure up o 2000 psi CWP.

 

To ensure hammer union quality, and improve customer satisfaction, PME hammer unions Figure in 200 and Figure in 206 are made in full traceability with its series number.
