PME Flowlines For Cementing, Acidizing, Well Test, Test Line Manifolds and Production Pipe Line

 

PME integral fittings are used for connecting surface manifold with hammer union connections. They are integral elbow and cushion elbow. T shape also is named tee in hammer union ends wing or thread. PME also produce the tees in flanged ends.

Hammer union check valves are used as non return valves. Normal size is 3" in Figure 602. Working pressure is 6000 psi. Ends connections are 3" FIG 602 wing and thread. PME Industrial's top entry check valves are optional for well testing operation.

PME test plugs come with or without NPT thread as clients' requirement. The below photo is for test plug 3" FIG206 Wing with 1/2" NPT. There are 2" FIG1502 blind plug (male) with 1/2" NPT thread and blind plug (female) for choice.

The flowlines are easy for transportation and storage. PME flow control fittings feature flexibility, shook resistance, and H2S resistance. The crossover adaptors flange to flange or flange to union ends serve for cementing, acidizing, well test, test line manifolds and production pipe line.

Low Torque Plug Valve 2 Inch WP 5000 Psi Thread Female x Female

Most plug valves for high pressure flow control are ends with Hammer Union Male and Female.

 

PME Industrial mainly produce the low torque valves 2" and 3".

 

The connection of Plug Valves are FIG 602 MxF, FIG 1002 MxF, FIG 1502 MxF.

 

Rated pressure is WP 5000 Psi, WP 10000 Psi and WP 15000 Psi for standard service or H2S Sour Gas Service. NACE-01-75 is available.

 

But PME also supply the integral plug valve with thread connections for customer's specific fluid control demand.

FMC style Plug Valve 2 Inch FIG 1502 Male x Male and FIG 1502 Female x Female

As 2" 1502 iron flow valves, PME low torque plug valves normally serve with union ends FIG 1502 Male by Female.

 

Coming up with demand for oilfield in site, PME design and manufacture plug valves assembly as API 6A Specs.

 

PME can forge the plug valve body with integral hammer union FIG 1502 MxM (male by male) and FxF (female by female).

 

The upgraded ends can connect with oilfield equipment or pipelines with both ends are Female or Male, instead of install integral crossover 2" FIG 1502 M x 2" FIG 1502 F as an adaptor.
