Enhancing Flowline Integrity: High-Pressure FIG 1502 Integral Solutions for Southeast Asia
Published by Shanghai PME Industrial Team
In the demanding environments of offshore fracturing and flowback operations, the reliability of manifold components is non-negotiable. Recently, Shanghai PME Industrial successfully delivered a specialized batch of 15,000 PSI flowline fittings to a major project in Southeast Asia.

Why "Integral" Matters in High-Pressure Service
Unlike traditional fabricated fittings, our 2" FIG 1502 Integral Tee and Wye are forged from a single block of high-strength alloy steel. By eliminating welds, we remove potential leak paths and stress points, which is critical when handling abrasive media at 15K PSI.

Technical Versatility: Tee vs. Wye
During this project deployment, our engineers recommended the Wye (Y-Tee) configuration for the primary flowback lines. The 45°/60° angled branch significantly reduces fluid turbulence compared to a standard 90° Tee, extending the service life of the equipment in high-velocity scenarios.
Precision-engineered Wye fitting designed for erosion resistance.
