In high-pressure oilfield operations operating up to 5,000 PSI CWP, maintaining continuous well control and structural flexible piping is vital for operational safety. Modern drilling contractors across North America are increasingly upgrading to certified API 16C Choke & Kill Hose Assemblies to handle heavy pressure fluctuations, corrosive drilling fluids, and dynamic rig vibration.
Recently, Shanghai PME Industrial completed the manufacturing and quality testing of a specialized export batch consisting of both flanged and hammer union flexible assemblies tailored for energy equipment contractors.

Technical Breakdown: Two Core Configurations for Field Deployment
Different rig floor positions demand specialized outer protection and interface designs:
- 2" FIG 1502 Assembly (6 Meters): Built with a heavy-duty Stainless Steel Outer Armour Shield (SS Armour) for maximum mechanical abrasion resistance. The male x female WECO hammer union ends allow rapid makeup on dynamic, high-flex rig lines.
- 3" API Flange Assembly (4 Meters): Fitted with a thermal fire-retardant outer layer and 3-1/8" 5K API Flange ends with R35 ring grooves. Designed for static, high-volume choke and kill manifold lines requiring rigid connection integrity.

Strict Compliance & Factory Hydrostatic Testing
Every single unit undergoes 100% factory hydrostatic proof testing at rated working pressures prior to seaworthy packing. Full Material Test Reports (MTR) and API Spec 16C certificates are supplied to guarantee full compliance on North American jobsites.
