What is a BOP control line fireproof and the PSI hose fire fighter working pressure rated

 

PME stainless steel armored hoses are flame resistance for hydraulic application. The BOP control line provide the flexible connection for blowout preventer system during the well control operation.

 

All PME fire fighter BOP hose assemblies are designed and tested as API 16D standards, American Petroleum Industry with stand the fire, high temperature and high pressure.

 

Fire proof BOP control hose assemblies are over ferruled with stainless steel armor as fireshield protection. The hoses convey hydraulic power constantly to the surface BOP control unit.

 

PME-16D-1IN-UN-15SS and PME-16D-1IN-UN-25SS features pressure rating 5000 Psi, 35 MPa with inside diameter 1". The hose connections crimped with thread by quickly installing hammer union ends.

 

Max. WP 3000 Psi PME produce are also available for customer's API 16D control systems for drilling well control equipment application. .
