Low Pressure Chemical Hoses WP 10 Bar with API Flange Ends and Hammer Unions

PME chemical hoses are used for conveying acids and chemicals in high concentration.

 

The chemical hoses are fabricated with hose tube UHMWPE, high tension textile fabric as reinforcement and cover for high wear resistance.

 

PME chemical hoses can be up to Max. Length in 100 meters, with ID from 3/4" to 6". The pressure rated is in 10 bar, also named 145 Psi.

Both ends for PME chemical hoses are wing union male sub and female sub, normally in FIG 206 Butt Welded. Lifting collar and chain x 2 sets are options.

 

API flanges ends i.e. 5" flange class 150 and swaged like 4" ferrule, 4" NPT male hose inserts are available for PME low pressure chemical hoses.
