Technical Question: When drilling rig contractors should change the BOP control hose for drilling rigs?
Recently we receive an technical question about fireproof BOP control hoses maintenance from drilling contractor for land rigs and offshore when they are doing during routine inspections of blowout preventer hose lines.
BOP control hoses are designed and manufactured as API 16D. Oilfield service contractors need to think about some technical questions like:
How often should test pressure of BOP hoses?

When to change the BOP control lines out?
