PME choke valves are forged in 35CrMo or AISI 4130 material as flow control valves, as essential components of 3-1/8" 5000 Psi 4 ways choke manifold or 3-1/16" 10000 Psi 5 ways choke manifold.

 

Apart from the ends in API flanges 3-1/18" or 3-1/16", PME choke valves can be connection with weco style wing unions in 2" FIG 1002, FIG 1502 or FIG 2202 as multiple serve conditions.

 

PME manual choke valves consist of valve body, valve bonnet, valve stem, valve seat and nuts. Each component is heat treatment with heat number.
