PME Chiksan Type flowline treating irons can be fabricated in integral fittings for high pressure application and welded type for low pressure oil and gas service.

 

High pressure Chiksan type flowline irons are up to working CWP (Psi) 6000, 10000 and 15000 with union ends Figure 602MxF, FIG 1002 MxF or FIG1502 MxF configuration.

 

The size of high pressure flowline irons packages can be changed as PME customer's requirements. PME provide Chiksan flowlines for high pressure or low pressure equipment for manifold, mud tank, fracturing and aciding.

 

PME API 16C Low pressure Chiksan pipe work are welding forged, rated at 2000 psi for 2", 3" and 4" ID flowline packages.

High pressure Chiksan circulating and cementing hose loops are assembled by integral pup joints, long sweep swivel joint and hammer union ends.

 

PME Chiksan FIG 1502 cementing and circulating hose loops are manufactured as API 16C with swivel joint 2", 3", 4" in long sweep Style 10 and Style 50.

 

The hose loops serve for cementing, acid fracturing, well testing lines up to working pressure 42 MPa, 70MPa, and 105 MPa.

 

The union ends in FIG602, FIG1002 and FIG1502 in the cementing and circulating hose are good for fast make up and quick break out.

 

PME Cementing and circulating hoses are designed and manufactured for standard service and sour gas service NACE MR-01-75 as API 16C Specification.

 

Extended length of the PME hose loop are in 9.5 feet, 10 feet and 12 feet. Normally the swivel joint required by PME customers are in style 10 and style 50. But other swivel joint style 20, style 30, style 40, style 80, style 70 and style 100 are optional as long radius swivel joint for PME Industrial cementing and circulating hose.
