Material Inspection Certificate of Manual Choke Valves 2 Inch FIG 1502 CWP 15000 Psi API 16C

PME choke valves are forged in 35CrMo or AISI 4130 material as flow control valves, as essential components of 3-1/8" 5000 Psi 4 ways choke manifold or 3-1/16" 10000 Psi 5 ways choke manifold.

 

Apart from the ends in API flanges 3-1/18" or 3-1/16", PME choke valves can be connection with weco style wing unions in 2" FIG 1002, FIG 1502 or FIG 2202 as multiple serve conditions.

 

PME manual choke valves consist of valve body, valve bonnet, valve stem, valve seat and nuts. Each component is heat treatment with heat number. All chemical composition and mechanical property of PME manual choke valves are clearly noted on the material inspection certificate for quality control system.

 

All PME adjustable choke valves, positive choke valves and manual choke valves are designed and fabricated as API 16C Standard. PME offer choke valves drawing as 2" FIG 1502 first for technical confirmation in condition of the purchase order issued.

 Hammer Union assemblies are fabricated by male ends, female ends and wing nuts.
